Welcome to Harries Planning Design Management, RICS chartered building surveyors and town planners based in the heart of Pembrokeshire, Wales.
Harries Planning Design Management provides a complete building design and project management service taking projects from conception, through design and planning to the delivery of beautifully-designed buildings, new extensions and sympathetic renovations. We deliver buildings that meet our clients’ needs and aspirations balanced with budgetary control, statutory compliance and functionality.
Working for property developers and with housing associations in West and South Wales, we have created a number of viable housing developments for our clients.
We are regularly engaged by our clients – new and returning – to handle their residential projects. From feasibility studies to planning, design and project managements, we can offer a ‘whole service’ to our clients whether for new builds, extensions or renovations.

Harries Planning Design Management offers planning consultancy, building design and project management services to a wide range of clients from home owners to property developers. Our projects range from domestic extensions, housing developments, commercial and industrial buildings and rural projects. With much of our work coming from existing clients and through word of mouth recommendation we are the building design team of choice in West Wales. We also work further afield, throughout Wales and in England.
With our roots firmly in Pembrokeshire, we are committed to the area where we live and work. We are able to work in Welsh or English (or both) as you prefer!
"HPDM came up with a great design solution for our home extension and managed the whole process through to securing planning permission and building regs approval. Their team of experts really do know their stuff and thoroughly understand the planning process. When new phosphates regulations threatened to delay our approval their professional approach in dealing with the LPA helped secure permission. I would definitely approach Wyn and his team again for advice on any future projects, 10 out of 10."
