Designing a building is about more than simply meeting your brief. There are a number of factors that need to be brought together including detailed surveys and investigations to ensure that the building or land is fit for purpose and will meet your needs once it has been completed. In bringing together a building design, we will interpret your aspirations in such a way as to comply with any planning constraints that may be in place, as well as environmental and other factors that may impact on the final building
Once planning permission has been obtained, we can help you progress your build, reparing detailed drawings which can be used in the tendering process so that the quotes you receive are as accurate as possible. Find out more about our project management services.
"We initially commissioned Harries Planning Design Management to provide designs and manage the planning application for the conversion of redundant agricultural stone barns into three residential / holiday cottages. We knew we needed to build a team that we could trust, who would work well with others and would provide expert input throughout the programme of works for us to deliver a commercially viable outcome.
