Harries Planning Design Management: a professional approach – with a personal touch. Here at Harries Planning Design Management, we pride ourselves on offering a well informed and robust approach to planning, building design and project management, delivering a quality service every time. Our projects range from domestic renovations and extensions, new builds, conversions, agricultural and commercial buildings.

When you contact us, we will arrange a meeting to listen to what your project involves – your aspirations, what you need to achieve, whether it’s an extension to your home, a new build residential project, a commercial building or something else. We are happy to visit you, or you can call at the office at a mutually convenient time. ‘Out of office hours’ meetings can be arranged if this is more convenient for you. We do not charge for this initial meeting where we listen to project objectives, or for the initial suggestions and advice we will make as to the way forward.
As every project is different and requires different involvement, we will create a structured plan for your build. Each project is underpinned with our commitment to professionalism, transparency and good communication.

If you choose to work with us on your project, we will agree a fee structure with you before we start, based on the services your project will need. We will clearly set out what is and isn’t included.
The fees we charge will reflect the time we spend, the efforts we undertake and the level of responsibility placed upon us to complete your project.
"HPDM came up with a great design solution for our home extension and managed the whole process through to securing planning permission and building regs approval. Their team of experts really do know their stuff and thoroughly understand the planning process. When new phosphates regulations threatened to delay our approval their professional approach in dealing with the LPA helped secure permission. I would definitely approach Wyn and his team again for advice on any future projects, 10 out of 10."
