Many of our clients need more than just planning consultancy and building design services. Harries Planning Design Management are happy to manage and oversee your project, drawing up detailed drawings and schedules of works, tendering and drawing up contractual documents. During the course of the project we will liaise with the contractors carrying out the works, hold project meetings to report on progress, and manage the finances of the project. Once the build is completed, we can prepare and sign off final accounts.
Thinking about the details of your project at an early stage can help inform the building design from the outset; it will also help you obtain more accurate quotes from contractors and help you to manage your budget and avoid the all too familiar situation of "going over budget"
