"We initially commissioned Harries Planning Design Management to provide designs and manage the planning application for the conversion of redundant agricultural stone barns into three residential / holiday cottages. We knew we needed to build a team that we could trust, who would work well with others and would provide expert input throughout the programme of works for us to deliver a commercially viable outcome. Wyn and the HPDM team expertly guided us through the design, planning and then played a key role in not only contract administration but also pragmatic advice both pro-actively but also as and when we shouted for help as the questions and challenges appeared. The result was that the programme was delivered 3 weeks ahead of schedule, the finished quality fully met our expectations and with a collaborative and structured cost management process we came in pretty much bang on budget. Sam and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Wyn and the team and would not hesitate to recommend them to others and we will be using them again with the ongoing development."
