Castle Hotel Newport
"We would like to say a huge thank you for all your hard work and time on our planning application. We would not hesitate to recommend Harries Planning Design Management to anyone embarking on a renovation/ design project as we found them to be very professional, accommodating and patient. They listened to our ideas and were very understanding and respectful of our needs and wishes. If ever we had any queries or concerns, however trivial, we could contact HPDM for clarification and guidance and were never made to feel a nuisance. We had regular meetings with them and had full confidence in their abilities. We found the planning application process to be a very stress free experience as HPDM handled every aspect of it. We felt they genuinely had our interests at heart and cared... A rarity in today's business world."
