Harries Planning Design Management has been commissioned by Morgan Construction to undertake a pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed Residential Development of 34 Units (Including 10 Affordable Housing Units) at LDP Housing Allocation H1503, Land Rear of Cylch Peris, Llanon, Ceredigion, SY23 5HN.

We give notice that Morgan Construction is intending to apply for full planning permission to Ceredigion County Council for the above proposed development.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below. Computer facilities to view proposed application are available at Aberaeron Public Library, Ceredigion County Council, County Hall, Market Street, Aberaeron, Ceredigion, SA46 0AT. Between the hours of;

Monday:          9.00 – 13.00 & 14.00-18.00

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday:    9.00 – 13.00 & 14.00 – 17.00

Friday:             09.00 – 13.00 & 14.00 – 16.30

Saturday         10.00 – 12.00

PLEASE NOTE THE LIBRARY WILL CLOSE FOR CHRISTMAS AT 16.30 ON THE 24TH DECEMBER 2018 AND REOPEN 9.00 ON THE 2ND JANUARY 2019.
