Harries Planning Design Management has been commissioned by Miss M. Simons of Cox Lake Farm to undertake a pre-application consultation on her behalf for the change of use of land to include cross country equestrian training and event facility with associated access and parking at Cox Lake Farm, Robeston Wathen, Narberth, Pembrokeshire, SA67 8EJ.

We give notice that Miss Simons is intending to apply for full planning permission to Pembrokeshire County Council for the above proposed development.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below.
