Proposed residential development on Land Adjacent to Green Acre, Crymych, Pembrokeshire.

Harries Planning Design Management has been commissioned by Mr Davies to carry out a pre-application consultation on their behalf regarding the proposed residential development on Land Adjacent to Green Acre, Crymych, Pembrokeshire.

We give notice that Mr Davies is intending to apply for full planning permission to Pembrokeshire County Council Authority for the above-mentioned proposal.

Prior to the formal submission to the Local Planning Authority an in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), this proposal will be subject to a pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review below.
