Criterion Quay Pembroke Dock

Harries Planning Design Management has been commissioned by Milford Haven Port Authority to carry out a pre-application consultation on their behalf regarding proposed landscaping works as part of the Criterion Quay development associated with regional Floating Offshore Wind growth on land west of Criterion Way, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, SA72 6UL.

We give notice that the above applicant are intending to apply for full planning permission to Pembrokeshire County Council Authority for the above-mentioned proposal.

Prior to the formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements sets out in Part 1A of the Town and County Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), this proposal will be subject to a pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review below.
