Greengrove, Llangadog, Llandovery

Harries Planning Design Management has been commissioned by C R Rees & Sons to carry out a Pre-Application Consultation on their behalf regarding a retrospective nutrient store and associated works at Greengrove, Llangadog, Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, SA19 9AS.

We give notice that C R Rees & Sons is intending to apply for full planning permission to Carmarthenshire County Council for the above-mentioned proposal.

Prior to the formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), this proposal will be subject to a pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
