Wern Farm, Bancyfelin

Harries Planning Design Management has been commissioned by Mr Jones to carry out a Pre-Application Consultation on their behalf regarding a hardstanding areas for laydown, bale area and machinery storage and retrospective regularisation of the nutrient store at Wern Farm, Bancyfelin, SA33 5NE.

We give notice that Mr Jones is intending to apply for full planning permission to Carmarthenshire County Council for the above-mentioned proposal.

Prior to the formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), this proposal will be subject to a pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
